Tire Rack Mobile Tire Installation

My wife stopped in for a tire leak. I'm laid up with some foot surgery. Sent her to Tire Choice first. Tried to sell her new tires. Thought of Zach's on 41. Close to Wilderness Lakes. They patched the tire no arguing or BS. Wife came home happy like she made a new friend. Said the person ( Zach) was friendly helpful, and took care of her quickly. If he makes my wife happy with tires I will be taking both cars there. Services: Tyres, General repairs & maintenance

Sometimes you meet people who restore your faith in humanity a little bit. That's these guys. Zach and his employees have gone above and beyond twice now to help my wife with her vehicle, and the 2nd time they didn't even charge us. They took several hours out of their busy day and fixed her car both times and became our go to guys in Land o Lakes. Great mechanics but even better men. Highly recommend 👌 Services: A/c installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Very honest.... that hard to find now days in a shop. I will never take my vehicle to a dealership ever again.

Went to have them put 4 tires on a car. They called and said they broke off one of the wheel studs and want me to pay $80+ for something that they broke off while mounting the tire. What he probably did was had set to much torque on the air gun, or he had it set for tightening instead of loosening the nut, who knows only they do. They said it was probably bad to begin with, and they would be bad mechanics if it was their fault. I believe the latter. Not happy, it should be on them not me the customer. Service: Tyres

So... well...I really don't know what to say about this place. I would like to have given more stars or just have something nice to say. I'll start with this, my 2015 Nissan Altima he told me he put a used transmission in it,....it is running well. So far, so good 👍. I went to the facility early with the expectation that the owner? Mike was going to be there. We had a plan, he wasn't there, so I gave up immediately on the plan. I read the other reviews on this place and I was feeling very uneasy. Long story very short, I left and came back in about an hour and Mike was there. I definitely feel like and believe I paid EXTREMELY TOO MUCH for the transmission but I didn't have a choice because he had taken it apart and was going to charge me to put it back together so I could take it somewhere else for an estimate. I didn't want to pay for that and then pay again for the actual repair. Oh yes, and about the other poor reviews, he told me it was because of Groupon, fake reviews from competitors and disgruntled customers that just could not be pleased👎 or satisfied😌 no matter what he did. Oh yes, another thing, I asked for a warranty on the work he did. He told me it printed on page 2 of the receipt, I read the brief info on page 2 and there was no information about any type of warranty. So he told me, and he did, wrote "24k/24mos warranty"on the receipt and signed his name. That's good huh? It will stand in a court of law if needed?!🤷🏽‍♀️🙄
