        Went in with my wife who ordered a Vietnamese Coffee. Had to be the sweetest and most disgusting flavor we have ever tasted and far from what we are used to with Vietnamese coffee. My wife asked them if they could make something else as the drink was not good, and they told us they would not do anything about it. They seemed offended by this and snarkily asked "what, do you want more milk or something?" High prices for horrible service and quality will definitely have me recommending that everyone stay far away from this establishment.

        Ive been here several times and have loved it every time. I really enjoy the chicken dumplings, vermicelli noodle bowls with egg rolls and the fresh spring rolls are delicious as well, with the peanut sauce. The purple drink is taro milk tea with bubble. One of my favorites

        Customer service is terrible. They made our order incorrectly. I kindly alerted them but they would not accept the error. They called us liars, advised that our memory was bad, and asked us to do better next time. Absolutely appalling. We ordered a smoothie without sugar for our 19 month old (weve ordered this before) and they accidentally added sweet syrup to her drink.. they refused to accept that a mistake was made on their end, and spun it around on my husband and I. Its rare for me to leave a bad review, but the customer service was absolutely appalling and their behavior was unacceptable. The lady came out of the store to give us our smoothie and said that the cashier has great memory and would never get an order wrong. She went on to say that they rewinded the security footage and confirmed that we never stated anything about sugar they simply refused to accept that they got our order wrong and went to extreme lengths to belittle us The cashier, Crystal, repeated the order back to my husband correctly and they claimed that the footage has no record of this. We will never come back here again.
