I could not be happier with my new home, this community, and everyone involved in the home buying process! You will not go wrong buying a new construction home from this builder. The home I received on closing day was exactly what you'd expect a brand new home to look like. Pulte Homes has completely renewed my faith in buying a new construction home.

An absolutely wonderful experience for the home buying process! We are so grateful to be calling Whispering Pines home. Everyone we interacted with during our build was phenomenal- from Amanda in Sales, Steve our Construction Manager, to Lynn from the Title company. We had reviewed other builders but couldn't be more grateful we chose Pulte!

Nothing but another money hungry and greedy building company that doesnt care about destroying communities by building cookie-cutter houses on top of each other. Literally builds the house is so close together, that if you forget to pay your power bill, you only need a 5 foot extension cord to steal your neighbors power. The houses are cheap and put up as fast as they can to make more money. Every single house is identical, so you have no individualism. Biological, identical, twins have more differences then the houses do. with how quickly these are put up and not letting the foundation settle properly, every new owner can expect several cracks in drywall and nail pops. This is what happens when you dont care about quality but more so about money; As proven with this company. Thank you for destroying Land O Lakes, causing more traffic and congestion, and destroying wildlife. It is greatly appreciated, so I hope you guys enjoy sitting in your mansions while collecting money for sub-par elementary work.
