Mystic Pointe Apartments

Mold growing in apartments, insurance adjustor explained he has been in the apartment complex for mold issues in the past. Was not notified there had been a roof leak before moving in. The office i dealt with was great except the complex manager she lacks empathy for here tenants and does not care. Response: we have already talked about the issues when they were happening. I was even let out of the new lease I had signed for the apartment. I was not being charge rent during rehimidiation on mold damage to apartment, But I was also given a same day notice that I would be getting charge rent the following day if did not have all items out of the apartment in one day. I had to leave work early and work about 6 hours to move out all items just before your office closed so I did not get charge by mystic point apartments.

Mystic pointe has been our home for 3 years. I love our three bedroom, so spacious and great for entertaining. The maintenance staff is amazing and gets the job done for all ASAP. Property management knows us all by name and is always there to help us and answer questions. My husband and I were looking for a smaller community and we have definitely found our home. Even our dog is so happy with all his puppy friends. The location is perfect! Close to so many things People in our community are friendly and are helpful to others Thank you Mystic Pointe for making residents feel important. Its our island!

I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience at Mystic Pointe. My wife and I moved into a 2/2 apartment and we absolutely love it. I am not one to just give a review unless its warranted. Believe me when I say this place is. The staff is amazing! From the property manager, sales staff and maintenance crew. Awesome. Everyone in the community is so friendly. If you are looking for a place to live I would highly recommend Mystic Pointe.
