We were treated so well by the staff at Servpro. They scheduled us as soon as they could for mold remediation work due to a hole in our roof that we did not know about. So, after having our roofing company fix the hole, Justin from Servpro came out to see the ceiling and closet discoloration and made a plan for evaluating the problem to see if we had mold behind the wall. Blaize and Donnie did the actual work. They covered our floors and let us know where they were going to cut out drywall and ceiling to check for mold. Then, after looking inside the walls and ceiling, they were able to verify that there was no mold present behind walls and that wood supports were not rotted. The closet and ceiling just needed to be dried out with their machine. Now we can move forward with a contractor to do the repair work to wall and ceiling. The size of cuts they had to do were not large. It is such a relief to work with professionals that explain what they are doing, answer questions, and do quality work.

Cody and his team did a horrible job and left me with more problems than I had. They didnt even remove the mold source.
