        I called this morning around 9am for an emergency clog/drain issue at my business, and Loftin had a technician here by 11am. Matt was early, informative, and honest about what would need to be done. He cleaned out the entire drain, and even cleaned up the floor/surrounding areas in the bathroom after he was done - which I was fully prepared to do after the job, so I did appreciate that. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber in the Manatee/Sarasota area

        I called Loftin Plumbing based on many positive customer reviews. From the initial call for information and getting the work done (the following day!) they were professional, competent, and efficient. My service tech, Matt, got the job done in less time than I ever expected. He was the best! I will call Loftin Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them (and Matt) without hesitation.

        2 weeks ago I had them come out for a quote, the technician was fantastic super personable and very knowledgeable. I happily paid for the quote which I never received. I emailed them to ask to have my quote refunded. No response back, I called them today to be told they received my email and had forwarded it to the person who takes care of that was out on medical. I believe that could have been a reply by email to at least acknowledge that it was being worked on. I have since found another plumber that did on site quote ( just needed line moved for washer nothing huge) and completed the job the following day.

        It is a shame that i cannot kidnap and adopt your technician Matt. Incredible/ excellent attitude and he is NEVER allowed to retire from plumbing....cause he is so HONEST, and you can also tell that to his girlfriend. Thank you Matt and if i ever decide to tour the great Myakka river, i promise you, Matt, that i would never feed those gigantic ALLIGATORs....wow at alligator hole. Sincerely/ love, scott for me and my wife!

        Very efficient. Mike explained everything he was going to do and a cost up front prior to doing any work. Went back over everything when he was done and made suggestions to things we can do to avoid high costs in the future. Very pleased with Loftin Plumbing and their team.

      Hi Karen, I just had a chance to review the situation. I want to apologize for the delay in sending you an estimate. If you know Loftin Plumbing, you know we are a husband & wife team. I (Shelbi) handle the smaller project estimates. I began the pre-op process and had surgery to remove a cancerous mass on my kidney Monday of last week. I am just now (today) off of my pain meds and starting to catch up on the backlogged work. Regardless, we failed to communicate that to you, so I went ahead and refunded the $85 estimate fee. The only additional item I would like to warn you about is that the work being estimated requires a permit, and I hope that the plumber you hired took care of that as it is a risk to you as the homeowner. Again, I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. -Shelbi Loftin
