        I would highly recommend and trust Neil. He helped my mentally Ill son get his POA and Surrogate Health Care documents in order. My Son is afraid to get in a car, so Neil made a house call and answered all Dylans questions. He is also fairly priced. Thank you Neil for being my Sons Lawyer!!!
