Let me tell you my horrible experience with this man. He's probably very book smart but his ability to work with patients to get them better is a foreign concept to him. I went in and could not stand up. I was at a 90 degree angle at best. The pain when forced to move was absolutely traumatic. He asked to see me move, he had an assistant in there with him and in hushed tones he said to her, looks like it could be a.break or a fracture of the spine. This was after he also made me try and walk. I Couldn't stand to do it. He told me after he wanted me to get XRAYS. I told the office I had just had them days before AND he'd already seen them!!!!This man is so incredibly money hungry that he'll do anything to get more heads in the door. So after him telling me to get an Xray, I told his staff I JUST had one and I'm thnking an MRi would be more appropriate. They agreed and did it. Oh and for someone with such pain I Spent the day in the ER ,but the doctor GOEL decided to put me on (1)5 mg pain tablet. It was useless. I went back two more times and both times he sent his NP in who also didn't help at all. THIS PLACE IS A MONEY MACHINE, BY AN INCOMPETENT, UNCARING MAN WHO CALLS HIMSELF A DOCTOR. With a name like his, if he truly wanted to help people he'd stay in his own counry where he would be needed, not getting wealthy beyond his dreams.

I have been a patient of Dr. Goal & Beth for a few years now for back pain. Recently I was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer, the condition is a little out of their area however they opted to treat me. If it wasn't for them I would have been dead a long time ago. I considered them as part of my treatment team and always will, they have help me continue the fight againsts the cancer, without them I would have given up. I will always be grateful to them, I will beat this cancer! Don Feichtinger

I saw Dr. Goel twice over the course of a few weeks in both of his office locations. I was referred to Dr. Goel from a spinal specialist due to my current doctor at the time being unable to administer injections. At my first visit, I had to bring a designated driver with me as they told me I would be receiving injections in my back. After waiting, I met Dr. Goel and he didnt administer any injection. I explained the level of pain I was in due to a work related injury and he simply wasnt phased. Ive had terrible back pain for months and been given various muscle relaxers to help. The referring spinal doctor assured me that wed get my pain managed and that it was obvious it wasnt a muscular related issue due to muscle relaxers being so unhelpful. Dr. Goel however, prescribed a different muscle relaxer than any of the past ones I had tried despite informing him of all the time passing and all of the trial-and-errors. Naturally, I was upset as he went against my previous doctor's recommendation and that was why I came to see Dr. Goel in the first place. In a sense this was moving backwards and wasnt a progression for my care and treatment. During my second visit, I waited another hour in the waiting room just to go back and sit in my room for a decent amount of time as well. I saw Dr. Goel for all of two minutes and he rushed me out of his office. I initially had a 6 week follow up but rescheduled for an appointment sooner due to the amount of pain I was in. Dr. Goel walks in, and I tell him my pain scale is about a 7 out of 10. He then examined my back for all of 30 seconds. Then tells me the same information he told me in my previous visit. I mentioned for the second time that Ive been in an excruciating amount of pain this past week and he told this: 1) He will order another x-ray 2) Continue physical therapy 3) Keep taking my muscle relaxers. Now my workers comp claim has been open for a few months now. I have had several x-rays in multiple instances. I didn't need him passing me along and adding more time to my workers comp claim for yet another x-ray. I needed my pain to go away and to get back to work. When your back feels as bad as mine does, you simply cannot do everyday activities and function properly. I have responsibilities and a life of my own, that Dr. Goel simply doesnt care about one bit. At this point after this with all my time wasted, I looked at him and asked So what am I supposed to do about my pain? Thats why Im here. And he looked away and said I do not feel comfortable prescribing you anything else. And walked out. Now, I found this to be very interesting. Im not exactly sure what he was uncomfortable doing but this naturally led me to call my parents. BOTH being pharmacists operating out of their own independent store for 35+ years, so you could say they know a thing or two about doctors, medication, and everything in between. My mother was very empathetic of course, as she sees me in pain from sunrise to sunset daily for months on end now. She had informed me that over the recent months, physicians are being monitored under a microscope for what prescriptions they are writing and the amount of them. My initial and still current thoughts are that simply because Im not one of Dr. Goels routine retiree patients, that I wasnt warranted what I needed. Id like to point out that Im sure if it was one of Dr. Goels children that had been injured, hed have no issue helping them further or finding them a way to relieve their pain. Naturally, we go to doctors when we need help or our body isnt functioning properly. The only thing I received when I went to see Dr. Goel was more time added to me being away from work, zero relief of my pain, and a very unsettling feeling that this indeed was a pain management physician I had seen. If you wish to have a fiduciary relationship with your doctor, take your family and loved ones anywhere else. Please dont waste your or their precious time with Dr. Goel.
