        When I schedule my appointment I requested the SR 64 location, I was scheduled for the Lakewood ranch location by mistake. I arrived at the 64 location (15 mins early) the receptionist didnt say hello or ask how she could help me, she yelled last name from across the lobby. She then proceeded to tell me that they should have told me I was scheduled at the Lakewood ranch location, she called over to the Lakewood Ranch location and they refused to see meeven though I would only be 5 mins late by the time I arrived. I will not be rescheduling, this place is impersonal and they treat the patients like cattle. The other receptionist was rude to an elderly couple next to me, zero customer service or patience. I was also told my appointment was for 11 when I have a text message saying 11:15- get it together. I think Coastal got too big to offer good service, they just see dollar signs and forget they are dealing with people. Ill be finding another practice to go to. Maybe those front desk ladies should consider a job they dont hate, never seen such miserable people in my life.
