Toni is the most professional and knowledgeable agent I've ever worked with. Communication was A+. I moved here from Massachusetts and bought this property sight unseen. This alone is proof of how much trust I have in Toni. She provided answers to all of my questions whether they were from Toni herself, the other agent, or one of the professional inspectors that I hired during the purchasing process. Toni always knew exactly where to go to get me the correct information when I asked for it, which was quite often. I think it was her patience and "know how" that got us both through the entire process! Doing this purchase as a single woman began as a stressful situation for me, but once I had spent just a very short amount of time with Toni and listened to her ideas and advice I knew she was up for the task of helping me through the purchase. Her vast experience and guidance immediately brought me peace of mind and my stress level was reduced to almost nothing once we started working together. She really looked out for my best interests, being skillful and especially eloquent all the while. I give her the greatest of praise!
