    I have been seeing Dr. Kinga Porter for around 3 years and she is FANTASTIC. She takes the time to really listen to your concerns and thoroughly address each one. I now travel over an hour to visit and the rest of my family sees her as well. Her office staff are timely and attentive, it is always a breeze getting an appointment and when you check in you are seen promptly.

    I never like to complain or leave a bad review but this is really not good..do not come to Whole Health for an appointment that may involve lab work, two months Ive been trying to get a certain test run and the first time, they could not find my vein after sticking me 5 times and told me to come back, a little annoying but I tried to be understanding. I got in again for the following month and the girl who was to draw my blood came in without saying what she was doing or verifying anything (which is what safe and professional practices do) and just started with the blood draw, after I saw all the vials she was filling I finally asked if she knew that I was only getting one lab drawn and she did not, she didnt even have the right order and drew 5 more vials than she needed to before checking with me. Once again annoyance and made me feel like they didnt know what they were doing but I tried to be understanding and tell myself maybe it was just a weird fluke thing. A few days later I get a call from their office saying they got my test result back but something happened to it and they need me to come back and have it redrawn. I was honestly shocked but asked what happened and the woman on the phone could not tell me I went online to their portal to cancel my upcoming follow up appointment and kindly informed them of the frustration and that I would not be back, I went to get my records and results from their portal and they had already inactivated my account within five minutes, and both office workers during this process (Emily, Stephanie) were passive aggressive, did not seem to know what they were doing, and just were not helpful whatsoever.. big disappointment and frustration and definitely will not be back. I had high hopes as I went to them years ago and they were great but something has happened along the line and it really should not be THIS hard to get one lab draw so save yourself the trouble and go to Quest or somewhere else.
