Kristy Dalechek is an absolutely fantastic patient care advocate! A few months back, a family member received a very difficult, potentially life threatening diagnosis. My wife and I wanted to help, but we lacked the knowledge or personal experience to assist our family member in navigating the increasingly complex U.S. healthcare system and getting the resources she so desperately needed to thrive. The best way I can described the role Kristy plays as PCA is as a champion who is always present in her client's corner, every step of the way. Moreover, Kristy is extremely prompt in responding to her patients' questions and concerns, and makes herself available as a resource continually.
