        I went to Moes at 575 66th St Ct East Bradenton, Fl to return a USB cord I did not need on 10/2/23 10 days after purchase, unopened and with a receipt. Jose the Manager on duty refused to make the refund and told me to "file a complaint if you like". I sent an email to your web site with no response which is why I am posting this review. Shaun the district manager contacted me and apologized for the mistreatment and addressed the incident with Jose. When I returned to the store Jose was there and apologized for the the incident and personally completed the return. I can admire a business that corrects a mistake.         They are so friendly and always make you feel so welcome . The store is always clean. This is my favorite gas station because of the people there. Walk in and feel the difference.
