        In May 2022 LG Kramer Flooring installed new carpeting and padding in our master bedroom and den. A year and a half later, ripples appeared. I called LGK and spoke to Frank, the Client Coordinator, who was very accommodating and immediately took care of the issue. Rafael coordinated the arrangements and the installers, Luan and Geraldo, stretched the carpet. They did a great job. All were very polite and professional. I highly recommend LGK flooring.

        Karissa was amazing! We picked out our flooring out of state and she worked with us to send samples and options to choose from. She made the flooring purchase super easy. Karissa was very prompt with her communications as we had a lot of questions and a short timeframe to get the work done. She was able to get all of our flooring done and it looks beautiful! Rafael and his crew did a great job

        LG Kramer has a beautiful showroom and I was treated royally from the moment I entered. They had exactly the carpet I wanted and gave me a good price. Karissa and Gianna were so professional and knodgeable. The carpet was installed less that 2 weeks later by Arthur and Matt and we love it. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!
