If I could give ZERO stars I would. Nancy was very accommodating when I called that should have been the 1st RED FLAG. She was pleasant but I thought it was strange that she was sharing/renting a small room in a nail salon, 2nd RED FLAG and finally when payment was requested she asked if I could ZELLE so she could avoid any fees, 3rd RED FLAG. She explained that I would need the TCN# and not to lose my slip so I immediately took a photo of it. She explained the time line with the State/Board of nursing so I waited. Friends/Nurses said it would take a while for the multi state so I waited. When I contacted the board and provided the #TCN they said they had no record. I left messages for Nancy no return call. I returned to her storefront and was told she hadnt been there in a long time, I continued to call and leave messages with no return calls. Tomorrow I will file a formal police report with the Pinellas Park Police. I would encourage any other victims of Nancy to come forward and report the crimes to the police. She is a criminal and has all of our personal information and she needs to be held accountable

Judith the owner Never showed up. Appointment scheduled and confirmed for 4:30 PM on November 3, 2021. Very unprofessional. Zero communication. I sat there until 5 pm. Numerous voicemails were left to her cell phone. Not to mention the office is inside another business which is a spa and no signage for express. Difficult to locate. Id look elsewhere for more professional fingerprinting services.

Highly recommend! Had to have prints done for real estate licensure, was in town from Indiana, called and she got me in same day! Quick and easy!
