        Go anyplace else. Terrible service. Charged for small things that are complimentary anywhere else. Provided misleading information on hearing aid choice and cost. Sold me aids that were poorly designed, have been taken off the market and parts are not available. Terrible experience.

I have tried calling you and also sent you an email with supporting documentation in an attempt to help you understand the warranty, services, and product offerings as dictated by your insurance provider. These aids were purchased from directly from this insurance provider and we are following the rules dictated by them. We encourage you reach out to discuss any repairs that can still be performed under the active warranty on your devices.
