I had a gutter replaced and had 7 screens replaced, Jason did a great job and cleaned up the area when done. Very impressed with his work.

After we had signed a contract that itemized work to be done and stated "all materials, labor, permits included" the employee who does the final measurments came out and got all the measurments and the next day they called and said it would cost an additional $2400 to do the job as more work had to be done. I called them and said I would not pay the additional amount and the cancelled the contract and refunded the money that had been paid.

I found jack Hall Jr on The Home Mag. Almost immediately after I put in my request in for a quotation on re-screening my pool cage I received a text about my needs. After maybe 2 - 3 texts messages my phone rang. It was the person I had been texting with. I much prefer a voice conversation when I'm talking about a quote. The lady was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, as I wasn't too sure as to what I wanted. We set a date and time for a member of her team to call to my house and we would then discuss the job/quotation. I then needed to cancel and reset the visit and the same lady was ever so helpful and accommodating. I was called the day before to make sure all was ok for the appointment. On the day of the appointment a representative named Troy called and again was very helpful, efficient, professional and helped me thru the process. He made 100% sure of pricing, availability of crews, times, dates etc before we agreed a contract. I had arrangements for 2 other quotations but once I had met and discussed the process with Troy from Jack Hall Jr. I was sure they were the company for me. Troy said it could take maybe 1 - 2 weeks before the job would be started and then 2 days to be completed. However within 2 days I was called by Dan form JH Jr. and the job was set for the following day. Will arrived the following morning and began by replacing all the screws in my frame. by the end of day 1 all the screws were replaced and a lot of the screens were too. Day 2, finished the job. All my screens were new, the guttering between the house and the cage was sealed and cleaned, all new screws (frame and tapcons) and the door hardware on both doors were new and adjusted so the doors close properly. Will cleaned up inside and outside of the work area, it was spotless. A neighbor of mine had his cage screens replaced recently and it took 4 days and that did not include new screws or door hardware. On my experience with Jack Hall Jr. I would definitely recommend this company. The price may have been slightly more than I had planned for but I feel I got excellent value of my dollar. Great products, superb workmanship, excellent customer service and a great job all round. A++ rating for me.
