We came in looking for help and fair answers but we ended up leaving because we felt like they were lying to us. According to them, the only possible repair to our car was to change the whole transmission with an estimate of $14,000. It was the first time we needed a repair after our warranty was over so they obviously wanted to get all the money back. We wanted to get a second opinion from another mechanic and found out that we don't need to change the whole transmission and got an estimate of $2,500. Always get a second opinion from a trustworthy mechanic, dealerships will always try to rip you off.
