We had just moved to Lakeland from Colorado, and our 12 year Westie (whose health has beendeclining for the past year) woke up in distress this morning. The staff was able to get me a last minute appointment for this morning so that he could be seen. We, as well as Max were treated with compassion as we made the difficult decision as to what to do. We were not rushed, or pressured into treatments that would have only delayed the inevitable. We were given all of the time that we needed in his last moments, and were not rushed as I held Max for the very last time. The staff was awesome.

Do not take your animal here if you want a competent compassionate staff. The lack of humanity one in this office of cowards is unsettling. After being advised my cat may try to remove his catheter, the issue was waived off immediately because surely a cat cannot beat a cone. Well my cat did remove his own cath and to add further insult and injury his claws were butched into bloody nubs. The staff always not only indifferent but sent us home with empty box of Pain meds. No one will apologize for your extra trip back to get meds. The doctor nor any management will return calls.

Extremely disappointed with the new management of this clinic and how it has changed from a down-to-earth practice to yet another corporate money grab. They have a new name, a fancy new logo, fresh paint and a stylish waiting room but the care and customer service is GONE. It's all empty customer service smiles and facade. They make it impossible to get a prescription sent anywhere else in an effort to force you to fill with them. They don't answer the phone and when they do, they don't return phone calls. They promise to call you back "tomorrow" and then forget. Taking my business elsewhere from now on. Edit: It takes them a month, three reminder phone calls, and finally two in-person visits to the clinic for them to sort out a prescription but leave a negative review and you'll get a phone call first thing the next morning. What a joke.
