A scam: Called in Friday for 2 parts on my vehicle, I spoke to a woman who was very nice and helpful. I ordered the parts and paid $400 total on both parts and the labor for getting the parts ready. The following morning I called in again to cancel my order as I no longer needed the parts. The man I spoke to said no problem and that they would process the refund. On Monday I receive a refund for $300 instead of $400. When I called to ask why they kept $100 for themselves, they told me it was because the parts were ready all along when I NEVER once received a call from them, nor did they ever tell me the parts were ready. The man on the phone was extremely rude and took my information for a manager to reach out, I never received a phone call regarding the situation and never even saw/ picked up/ touched the parts. I even called back to speak to a manager, and they pretended to not be in the office. Do not bother shopping here unless you want to pay $100 for nothing.
