R & R Swimming Pools

After shopping quotes for over 3 years and hearing about others having bad pool experiences in Lake county I am happy to say we found just what we needed in R & R pools. Devin was recommended to us from a close friend who was happy with his service as well. I would also recommend him to anyone looking to have a pool built. He continues to be there to answer our questions even after the pools was completed.

We had a pool put in by R&R pools in December of 2022 You hear all the horror stories of "contractors" and "pool builders". So already I was on guard, but I have to say this was a great experience, and our pool turned out beyond our expectations!!! There were things that needed corrected and were handled right away, without hesitation. From the beginning of planning, to filling the pool, everything went very well. I would recommend Devin and his team, to anyone needing a quality job done, and rest assured everything he agreed to do, was done correctly. We decided on a fiberglass pool to avoid the long term high maintenance, costs, cracking, and repairs of a concrete pool, and opted for the latham fiberglass pool which is a great product. Thanks again for an awesome pool, we spent more time in our pool, and more time on our pool deck this year then ever before. The waterfall feature made our pool look like a resort, and made our yard look like something out of disney land, our grandkids love it!!!! There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience with R&R Swimming Pools! From the first step of our pool adventure to the final inspection we were extremely pleased. Devin, Shane, Mr. Jeff and all the subcontractors were amicable, efficient, highly skilled in their areas of expertise and included us in the decision making. Devin was especially conscientious in keeping us updated on the installation progress . The project was completed within a timely framework. We are really enjoying our outdoor retreat! We signed our contract in November 2021 with an anticipated start date of approximately 90 days. That schedule was met. We were told at the beginning that once the build out started it would take 5-6 months based on various contractors availability. Our project was completed in 5 months. Devin Burch, Company owner, was always responsive to our questions or requests. Due to my wifes physical limitations we needed to have extra stairs put into the pool along with two extended length handrails. Once the issues were communicated to Devin plans were put in place to make that happen. Devin always responded to my text messages in a timely manner and either he or his assistant were here during portions of major construction. Weve been enjoying our pool since August 2022. We installed an electric heat pump with a solar cover. Even though it was 30 degrees on Christmas Day my wife and I went swimming in 82 degree pool water. We have a salt water pool. The pool stays clean, especially with the solar cover and surrounding lanai. We run the pool 6 hours per day year round. Very minimal cleaning of the pool is required. We purchased a remote pool cleaner that runs independently for two hours. I use it 2-3 days per week just to keep the bottom of the pool crystal clear. Very satisfied customers. Barry & Pat C.
