Do NOT get in a contract with this company. They will be super nice and the price may seem right at first but the moment you need assistance on something they will be rude, brash and not care about your safety. I hate that I am locked in a 3 year contract with a company who doesn't care about their customer or their safety. DO NOT DO IT! Pay a little bit extra for another company who truly cares about their customer and their safety. Oh and if you move, they will charge you $90 an hour to set up the alarm at the new place and any time they service your alarm (on their hours of 1p-4p, how is that a white collar worker can meet at those times?) they will also charge you $90 an hour. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
