Great experience from start to finish with KL Smith. From the time they showed up, roof was torn off and replaced in 8 hours and they took an hour lunch. Property was just as clean when they finished roof. If your roofing contractor ask for down payment or large payment before they will start FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR , KL Smith did not ask for any up front money. Also if other contractors are significantly cheaper that other estimates, question why are they cheaper.

We have a lot of work done since October to our home. KL Smith was the most professional contractor we have dealt with. Ana and Caleb were top notch and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of installation. Highly recommend!!
