We really enjoyed our realtor, Kara Fedkiw! She was always a phone call or text away when we needed answers. If she was unsure about something, she made sure to get answers. Kara is a very pleasant person and was patient with us during our purchase process. We think the world of her, as she is very kind & thoughtful. Kristiana was able to get more for our home than we ever thought possible. She coordinated the needed repairs and found a reliable person to bring the home to closing. Our home was on the market for only 1 week and closed within a month. Kristiana was in contact with us throughout the entire process.
