        I honestly do not know how anyone who has had to reach out for "customer service" would give more than one star... Because they have a monopoly, and we as consumers/forced customers have no choice in providers their "customer service" reps conduct themselves like they are government workers with zero accountability and job security, that's why they're indifferent, complacent and down right rude. At Lakeland Electric "Customer service" = Customer contempt.
