I give the place an overall 3/5, but I give Alexis Deno that works there a 5/5. She is so helpful, empathetic, gets back with you in a timely manner, and has great communication skills! Love her!

This place sucks my kids already had childcare and I renewed when needed all of a sudden they said I didnt. And had to start all over. Not only that everytime I call they talk nasty to you as if you are a nobody. And not to mention they hang up on you and all. Tf going on they done made me mad. Not only that tell you we got 10days to work your application and really go the 10 days straight lol. Then you ask for a manager and she get on the phone like shes from the hood. SMH. I dont usually do this but I had to because this has got out of hand with these people who answer the phone the next one answer the phone with an attitude Im going to forget I have respect and go tf back off I had to give one star because it wont let you give a 0 so for me 0 stars
