        Arrived at appointment time for an oil change. After the multi inspection I was advised that I need several things done. I told them to change the alternator belt air filter. I was told by the service advisor that it was going to take at least 2 hrs. I left the dealership and told them to call me when the vehicle was ready. After 3 hrs passed with no phone call I returned to dealership and my vehicle wasnt ready. I had to wait another 30-45 minutes for the technician to finish the work.

        THEY WILL NOT GET ANY OF MY MONEY . I bring my truck in for a oil change at 6pm it takes over and hour and 30 mins to even touch my truck with an appointment . Then they lose my keychain so yes I am upset at this time. So they gave me a small chain to replace it and which isent big enough for my key. So as I walked back I threw it on the desk as I walked out a employee turned to me and started asking if I had a problem and if I wanted to handle it !!! And started walking toward me , amping me up to fight. Very unprofessional and everyone does not nothing but sit around ..

        I had an appointment at 9am to get an oil change. Arrived at 8:50am and they took the car right away. I was out of there in 30 mins. Fast and friendly service.

        There was a different charge of what the technician told me at the beginning, he wrote me a" credit" on a piece of paper for future service discount, to me this is not an honest way to do business.
