image Organized Haven is an incredibly run company with such a high level of professionalism and integrity. Like other reviews, you can tell from the moment you call them. It is a combination of incredible customer service, compassion and kindness. They know they are working in a business that requires that. We called Organized Haven soon after my father in law passed away, and needed to move a large amount of furniture, household items, among other things out of his house, via an estate sale (they work w/ a company that does online auction sales). They tagged all the items that would sold on the online platform, and did it in a way that ensured we would get the best value; they organized the donations of a number of items; they assisted with a shredding company for a number of documents that needed to be shredded - among much more; and they did this while we were absent from the house. All to say that we had to have a level of trust w/ them, and they certainly earned it. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and like I said, very professional. At a time of loss, this was such an incredibly worry free way to manage clearing out the house, and getting it ready for sale. Thanks Organized Haven! You do yeoman's work.

image I contacted Organized Haven when it was time to move my in-laws to a new assisted living community. They have been married for 72 years and, due to Mom's sudden health decline, they would have to live in separate apartments in their new community. So there was lots of stress surrounding this move. Cari and the entire Organized Haven team could not have been more kind and helpful, and created a calm, nearly stress-free environment to sort, pack and move. Dad is very attached to his stuff and was especially stubborn about discarding/donating even the smallest thing. Shari patiently wrapped every single item and packed them safely in boxes so Dad could see the care she was taking with his treasures.
The Organized Haven team expertly planned where every item would be placed in both apartments (thanks, Elaine!) so that when Mom and Dad walked into their new homes they were completely set up with all their personal items and furniture in place. In fact, Dad's first comment after he inspected his apartment was, "They did a really good job." I enthusiastically agree with him! I highly recommend Organized Haven to anyone who is planning a move and/or needs help downsizing. They truly are experts and will make the process as smooth as silk.
