My experience with Landmark was one of constant frustration. They had things in error from beginning to closing on the paperwork and with their signature app. Chad was not available for help or assistance. I asked him to call me many times and left many voicemails. throughout the process he only returned 1 call. He would email but it wasnt sufficient to answer questions and help through the process I did have a couple of the ladies who were friendly and tried to be helpful but mostly they had to refer me back to Chad who wasnt helpful.

Landmark Mortgage is beyond amazing and helpful!! They made the refinance process so easy and quick!! Taylor, Jamey, and Jody were great and answered every question we had! They kept us updated on where we were each step of the way!! I highly recommend this team for any of your mortgage needs!!

Didn't work for me, Communication problems from the start, sent email to ownership asking for other options, never heard from them. Fired them and went elsewhere mid stream - wasted a month of my time.
