Gain Equity Mortgage

I was actually under contract with another lender when my lawyer referred me to Marlene of GainEquityMortgage. She was actually on vacation but that didn't stop her from jumping to the challenge of finding a better rate. She assured me that she can get me a better rate than what my previous lender promised me. Sure enough, within a few hours of providing the necessary documents, she provided me a quote that saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I immediately switched lenders and she hit the ground running. She and her team were great, if Marlene was not available, her Assistant Carrol was more than willing ready and able to answer any and all questions. However Marlene would typically be available if you left her message she always called back within the hours time. They were available to answer all my questions as a first time home buyer no matter how trivial it may sound. I truly would use them again and again. They were professional and reliable and made my hone buying experience positive.
