        I don't live at the mobile home park, but I did visit their community center for a garage sales. The residents "staff" were friendly and appeared to have a good relationship with each other. This is an important observation when thinking about downsizing from my Lakeland house someday, I would consider this mobile home park.

        Neighbors are great a wonderful community of people. The one negative are the amenities listed or advertised are not here. No fire pit, bbq area, bocce ball, or pickle ball.

      Sorry about the website info Brenda, these things are all coming to your park soon! We are just about wrapped up on the new pier in the corner of the park, after that we plan to start on the bocce and pickle ball courts. All good things to come, I hope we can convince you to change your 3 to a 5 star review!
