        This place is ridiculous!!!! They say to follow the prospectus, but they dont. When you go to them for help with a problem, they just placate you and tell you they will help, but they lie. I have had property destroyed, litter everywhere, and constant people cutting through my lot!!!!! How about following the rules yourselves and actually enforcing the rules!!!! I am so tired of living in a place where the bad people get whatever they want and people who actually follow the rules get scrutinized or ignored. So when you follow the prospectus, I guess I will start doing it again too. This neighborhood and its management sucks. I regret ever buying my house here. There is no safety or enjoyment here unless you break the rules too.

        I shouldve ready the last comment from hawkins. They don't let you live at peace. They have favorites. Trying so hard to kick residents out . I regret buying my home here . I will be looking to remove my home . Rules and regulations and statues are ridiculous, they like to waste PAPER !they will stick one to your door and spend money just to have it mailed to your mailbox when its right infront of the office . They send a letter to your door instead of handling it to you personally. The home I worked so hard for . The home I remodeled my self . I don't live comfortably here !!!. If I would have know that this was gonna be a every week thing I would not live here !

No one should enter or cut through resident sites. We have posted reminders about this rule in our newsletter and in resident emails.
