        Didnt enjoy my time here. Trainers were rude and I ended up leaving early. Very disappointed because Im a long time member of the Carlson Gracie Jiujitsu branches but this one had an off vibe.

        I have been training at Carlson Gracie Lakeland for over a year and I can honestly say that it is the best decision I ever made. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive, and the teammates are like family. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will find a place to grow and learn at Carlson Gracie Lakeland. I highly recommend this academy to anyone who wants to learn Brazilian jiu jitsu from the best.

      Trainers were rude??? 1st of, you will never have a a interaction with a instructor unless you're taking a class, and you didn't, 2nd of we dont remenber you coming in to the gym or have a waiver with your name, 3rd of we have signed up EVERY single student that had a try our classes in the last 2 months, so you're the only one who we were rude to????I dont think ur tell the truth here, and also been a long time member of the Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu?? Where??? Cause per ur reviews u been around polk county and the main gym is here, we been here for over 15 years, and dont we have a single bad review just yours which point you'renot been honest, never been here and ur prob part of a competitior gym..or.....maybe you post at a wrong location....
