        Called about having my windshield replaced. The lady on the phone from actually Safelite who does windshield replacements for progressive lied to me. I had to get a supervisor involved to get it straightened out

        I had to go here to sign some paperwork. It took 30 minutes for me to find the, after I called the number listed, hopping I could get in contact with the office. The phone number will just send you to the Progressives agents that are no help with finding the office.

        Was given address. Was closed. Curtains closed. Big lock on door. After driving in circles and making phone calls to progressive we finally were told to go to back of building and go up stairs where a very small progressive sine on door. Unbelievable!!
