This company is a scam. Take your money and run. They bait and switch. Via phone we were told the advertised price of $59 (up to 8 vents) then $20 each after. We have 13 vents, which is $160.00. In person, Were told we have mold from a test tube Carlos shows us. Suddenly its now $4,100. We reluctantly paid up front with a personal CC, thinking we were getting some thorough work, fearing the health of our 2 month old and 2 year old. They spray the blower with a germicidal spray, have someone clean our coils, install a UV light and claim all thats left is to vacuum. When we demanded an itemization of the costs of work, were told the above is $1,300. Which Im bad at math, but that means all thats left is vacuuming, now costing $2,800. What happened to vacuuming at $160? When confronted chris, the owner could never explain. It costs $4k to have all of your lines completely replaced, not just vacuumed. Carl will give you a free ozone machine and then they will claim you need for pay $400 for it- they will also tell you its safe to run in your home, contrary to the equipment warnings and instructions. We ended up cancelling all further work after their first tech was late and asked to use our tools, then the second was a no show...Look at their better business reviews, they are price gouging scammers preying on the uneducated and elderly!!
