Pump doesn't work

I stopped today to put gas and the pump didnt give me a receipt, so I drive my card to the store to used the restroom and ask for my receipt and the guy inside toll us that the store was close, the door was open and it was like minutes before ten, I told him we going to used the restroom and he said its closed and I dont have the key and I said ok but I need my receipt from pump number 6, he said its already close and the registers are closed too and I just see you driving away and I replied to him I didnt drive away I drive to the store to get the receipt and used the restroom and he said im sorry I can nor do nothing the store is closed and i reply you can not turn on the register and print my receipt? He said you can come tomorrow and when its open they give you the receipt I said im just passing by Im not from here, cN you turn on the register and print the receipt he said its going to take 15 min I said Ill wait ( the registers were on I know because im a cashier) he finally printed the receipt and he said next time check that the light out side its turn on and I reply it was on and the store open when we pump the gas, you have to check that you dont have any costumers and make sure the cars are completely gone and not park in the store to get the receipt

Shell has good fuel. Have used it since the 70's

Best Gas Station in Lakeland! Highly recommend if you want great & friendly service. They also have great selection of items and great prices.
