I walked into Ronnies looking for some more flooring in order to redo my office. I was pleasantly greeted right away. Travis helped me choose the flooring that would ultimately bring my office renovation together. The installers were incredible too. They knocked out the room with ease.

Stopped in to get carpet. They have carpet in stock or you can order it which takes a couple weeks. We got carpet that was in stock and they laid it within a week. They are very professional and did a great job. They stretch the carpet which is a must. The carpet we tore out had ripples because the prior installer did not stretch it. They even called us after to make sure everything was done correctly and we were satisfied. We have 2 more rooms to carpet and we will be back.

We relocated from Lakeland to Bartow, FL and we needed flooring replaced throughout the home. We were familiar with Ronnie's carpets since we have used them in the past, and decided, despite the long drive, to visit them. We found just what we were looking for in their showroom (engineered hardwood & tile) and arranged for installation. They did a great job, but what really impressed me was the level of customer service we received. Shortly after the job was completed Ronnie called me to ask if we were satisfied with the job and if there is anything they could have done better. I told him we were very satisfied with their work, but unfortunately a painting contractor had scratched our floor shortly after installation. Ronnie and one of his staff came to our home several days later and repaired the scratches, despite the fact that they weren't the ones who caused the damage. That is the type of customer service that is rare these days, and I will gladly drive to North Lakeland again for any future flooring needs. Thanks Ronnie!
