Fake depositions? On January 22nd, 2024, L. Weeks took my Deposition. She was late . She is representing the father. We had a hearing on petition for upward modification of child support on February 15th, 2024. She was making misleading statements to influence the Judge. Right before the Deposition, I received a bill with my address and the fathers name. Someone set me up. It was presented in court as if I had done it intentionally to affect his credit. They had the same strategy around 2017-2018 Custody Hearing. I read that L. Weeks is an aggressive lawyer. I wonder if it means Dishonest. An administrative Judge should investigate her cases to determine if L. Weeks should be reported to The Florida Bar. I couldnt present exhibits, the hearing was one sided in favor of the attorney. There was no modification since 2017. When I tried to make reference to the fathers financial affidavit, the Judge ended the Hearing. My Daughter needs real Child Support, not just documented. What a disappointment .

This laa firm has been the absolute best. From leisls knowledge her skills and her all around terrific can do go getter attitude I would recommend her to anyone. Liesel weeks represented me a custody case. Im a single father and I got full custody of my 12 year old son . She is the best !!!!! Highly recommend her .
