Sunbelt Rentals

Id be hesitant to rent from this location again. The Trailer provided didnt have trailer brakes. Could have left my kids orphans if we didnt recognize this in time & know that we had to use the truck brakes for all the stopping. When they hooked the trailer to the truck they needed a fork lift to do it- The arm to unhook & hook wouldnt go up or down, needless to say I couldnt unhitch until it was time to return. Either this is a bad company to rent from or this location has a horrible mechanic for their equipment. They only got one star because i had to put something. They dont even deserve that

Yesterday I went to rent an excavator to carry out work on my property the next day, and earlier today my name was Mr. Alex who was on his way to deliver me the super friendly and very punctual product. I was happy with the service. I recommend them, thank you for giving me the best service they brought it to my property saving me headaches in doing it thanks for your excellent service.

Let me started with saying Big Thank you to Luke Peterson and his entire wonderful team !!! what a pleasant experience working with them got full support since my very first phone call including all the information and advice I need, technical support on hands help with 24/7 service following up regardless if its holiday or midnight they go way beyond their duty just wish there would be more than five stars rating because I would give them 100!!! There is nothing better than honest old school customer service like they providing, and there is no other place I would rent or do business as well advice my coworkers than with them. I was in the trade for long time and regardless small or big job that's the place to go ( no matter what they wont let you stranded but be there for you ) do your self a favor if you need rent any unit go there and you will have peace of mind ! Again Big Thank You guys all of you very much appreciated !!! Keep up the Good Work .
