Went in to apply for unemployment benefits and was hoping to get some help from the public servants because I was having problems with the ID verification process, I was told that it isn't there job to help me. Went in a second time with problems I was having putting in my job searches, and I was told again that helping me wasn't their job. Very rude, and I'm wondering why my tax paid them for this type of service. UPDATE: So if you have any problems here, don't bother to email the President or CEO because she just ignores it.

I had a case worker zaday Acosta. She was extremely rude since day one she ask me a question and right after she laughed at me. Then I explained my reason for not been able to go to office due to my children and transportation and she put a sanction in my case now I have no way to get food.

It was very nice. That was my first time there. I was there to see about getting my resume straightened out, which they can do for free. They can make your resume standout an shine so that you can get hired by different employers. I believe they can help you find a job as well. The people were very helpful an knowledgeable about helping me with my resume. I really enjoyed my time there this morning. Thank you.
