Called to make an appointment for a cleaning and possibly needing a old filling repaired. The lady who answered said I would need to pay $75 for a new patient consultation with X-rays. No problem. I show up on time for my first appointment and the ladies at the front were not friendly whatsoever.  I asked to confirm that after doing the new patient consultation I would be getting a cleaning (the whole reason for booking my appointment) and they said no I would have to come back? I explained that I took time off work to come for my appointment and they said they did not care and that there was no exceptions. This was a terrible first impression and I left immediately. I'll be seeking my dental care elsewhere to a facility that values peoples time as they do their own!
