I'm a rewards member and was shopping around . The black security and black cashier ran me out threatening to call the cops. I said I'll call them right now. They already called me Cinderella. Both need to be terminated. Racism..vi own $185k worth of property in SC.. my mother has $360k in the bank or more. Termination now

Would give zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a gas station. One employee completely ignored me and the other was outwardly rude. I'll reach out to corporate and also will not be back.

They should train their staff better. Bad service. Today I went to pump gas and the pumps don't work. I went inside to pay and when I came out, the pump didn't work. When I went back in to ask, I told them to put up a notice about what the pump and the cashier aren't good for. He answered that he has not done it because it is raining and he is going to get wet, so if the client has to get wet going and returning and going again and returning again, bad service, the only star he has could be removed, he would do it.

Rude staff who had an issue because I needed to use the restroom. She asked me if I was going to purchase something. I said I hadn't planned to, but if that was necessary in order to use the restroom, then I would. She said well that's what the notice on the door says, as if that legitimizes it, before begrudingly unlocking the door. There's a large homeless population in that area of town and I understand they probably have a problem with it constantly being used as a bathroom by the homeless, but it was obvious from my appearance and my vehicle parked right in front of the door that I'm not one of the homeless. Let's face it, using any gas station restroom is always a last resort, but at that time, early on a Sunday morning, it was the only place open. So obviously this was a bit of an 'emergency' for me. She could have been more understanding.
