        I have been craving good pulled pork for about 3 years. Every place I tried either had pulled pork that was poorly seasoned, dry or just plain disgusting. I even at from a food truck where the pulled pork tasted like straight vinegar. So, I saw Coach Eddie's Backyard BBQ food truck in Bartow this past Saturday and decided to give them a try. OMG how delicious was this good. I could taste the smokieness and it was well seasoned. You know you have good BBQ when you don't need any sauce. I ended up buying a total of 4 sandwiches. I can't wait to try their ribs. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this food truck to all of my family and friends.
