Every interaction with your associates from a phone call to sitting in your Lakeland show room was either inaccurate, ignorant or just plane didn't have/give accurate information. I visited your Lakeland store on 3 occasions, sat with an associate running through your process to sell my car hours upon hours watching the associates running to "a manager every other sentence" only to end with a "we can't do this". I did finally sell to CarMax after running back and fourth to a tag agency correcting the issue of title. That was 3/21. Took 7 hours!!!So, I had one of your Maxcare Service Contracts I wanted to stop for a refund, one of your managers said I had to go back to thye CarMax dealer to request a refund. I was like get real, "what if I bought the car in California, get real". Finally Robert from that store intervened with some direction. It is obvious the associates in this store are unskilled in this business, I can not recommend CarMax in the future.
