I have used David several times now for various issues and he is the absolute best! My last issue, he was able to resolve from start to finish in less than 10 minutes!!!! I am so happy to have found someone like him to call with all of my computer and software needs. Highly Recommend.

David has helped me grow from a 1 woman show in 2019 to a 4 person team with a phone system that grew as we did. Every IT challenge I've had, from not being sure which laptops/screens to purchase to my phone system routing, he's given expert advice and taken the time to understand logistics in doing so. I feel more confident knowing "I have people" and when I call him, he makes time for me even though he's busy. Yesterday I faced a problem with my call paths and he worked late in the evening to avoid downtime for my business. A+ stand up guy!

It is really difficult to find help that I can trust and won't cost me an outrageous amount of money to get my pc working. He was able to diagnose the problem, get it fixed the same day, recommend reasonably priced programs to help make sure I did not repeat the problem. I have been able to call him on any other new problems I have run into and he has helped me immediately every time. He is honest, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable.
