We recently moved but I absolutely loved staying at Audubon oaks! My husband and I started our married life here first. I will always remember this place. Such a great neighborhood and the management is top notch. Clean and quiet environment. Never faced any issue! Loved all the resident parties and giveaways! Also, just want to say, Audubon oaks has the best maintenance team ever. I will definitely miss the view from my balcony since we were on the 3rd floor, will miss seeing the beautiful sunsets! Thank you for giving us a great experience last 2 years. Definitely recommend staying here!

Id like to take a moment to commend some exceptional staff members at Audubon Oaks. First and foremost, Mariam Gandarilla from the leasing office has been consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Every interaction with her reassured me that I was in good hands and she always went the extra mile to ensure my queries were addressed. As for maintenance, Russ Panick and Duniel have been exemplary. Prompt responses, efficient work, and a friendly demeanor are just some of the traits that come to mind when thinking of these two. They always ensured that any maintenance issues I had were resolved promptly and effectively. In a world where good service can sometimes be hard to come by, these three stand out. Their combined efforts greatly improved my experience living at Audubon Oaks. Highly recommended!
