Alexander Air is amazing! Our AC starting have issues. Called them up and we had Matt out here so quickly. He diagnosed what was going on and fixed it in less than an hour. Matt was kind, professional and explained everything. We will definitely be using Alexander Air for all our AC issues in the future. Cannot recommend them enough!

Our AC stopped cooling our house at 7:30 PM Friday night, and we had several house showings scheduled for the next day We called just before 8 PM and the person we spoke to was so helpful and reassuring, and even gave us some advice about what to try to get it working again that night. She scheduled a technician to come out at 9 the next morning and he had us up and running again in under an hour! The technician was great about explaining what was wrong and how he repaired it. I am extremely happy with their above and beyond service, and would strongly recommend choosing them for their amazing response time and excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend Alexander Air Conditioning. My moms house was struck by lightning and took out the A//C units. We called Alexander Air and the got someone right out on the 4th of July. The Tech fthe problem and let the ladies at the office know and the were quick to get the parts ordered. They sent out John Autrey to replace the parts needed to get my moms A/C back up and running. From the moment John arrived he was very professional and courteous. He said he was going to make sure that my mom had her A/C running before he left that it was his number #1 priority. John I just want you to know that as a business owner you represented Alexander Air Conditioning with amazing professionalism.
