This is the worst accounting firm, we highly recommend you look elsewhere for your tax services. They don't finish the job. We are an ex-client of this accounting firm (2019-2022) and worked with them for multiple years. For the poor quality work they perform their fee's are outrageous. They don't communicate and this firm doesn't review their work with their clients and doesn't explain the services performed or the tax situation of the client or ask for further detail or information. It is unprofessional as they don't even reach out to offer to meet, discuss, or even include meeting with the client in the fee's applied to discuss the final return and any details of their compliance requirements. They are too lazy to efile or obtain PIN filings for their clients even after working with them for years. They filed for our PIN # and never obtained it or applied it to any tax returns over the years. This has created an administrative headache with Federal authorities over identification confirmation and potential identity fraud. They will paper file and not disclose filing method to their clients or discuss lack of PIN info or other unobtained information needed for tax reporting that results in incomplete returns and inability to efile for expedited compliance completion. I am the son of the client who worked with this firm for multiple year and have obtained my CPA license and am working for a big 4 accounting firm now in my career. After reviewing the poor-quality work and having to amend, refile and realized the mess this accounting firm left us with administratively. I can guarantee you that no matter your situation that H&R block or any basic firm should give you more confidence than working with the team here. I was very disappointed and felt like my Dad and family had been hurt by the lack of care and communication.
