I took my dog today 04/04/2024 to this vet clinic Bandfield of palm spring and for the second time I saw Dr. Watson my dog went with a really bad allergy, she refused to give hem his steroid injection didnt gave my dog anything saw in the condition he was in I explain to her that he need the steroid and she still refused to treat him been going to
This clinic for over a year now and after this will not go back, sence hes normal doctor is not there no longer, this dr. Watson dont care about the dogs health this are the type of doctors that only cares about the money and not the patients health. That was very Unhuman what was done to my dog today.

This is the best place where you can take your pet without any worries. Dr. Moreno and nurse Vanessa are the best. I just had surgery on one of my dogs and the doctor and nurse explained the entire recovery process to me with all the details. I have been taking my two dogs for more than 1 and a half years and they are always the ones who take care of them. I have no words to thank the two of them and the entire staff for how kind they are with pets.

I called because my dog had an appointment next week and they didn't want to work with payments for the insurance. I could have paid cash for a check up that's all he needed or simparica trio and they told me I couldn't go .there not there to help a male but greed and money good luck I will cancel my membership there and go to paws 2 help
