The Tax Coach was recommended by a friend. I contacted them yesterday morning and spoke with Cliff. He was very helpful and accommodating. Less than 24 hours later, my return was completed and emailed to me. I highly recommend the Tax Coach.

This was my first time using a tax preparer in Florida, and Cliff and his team were excellent. I was greeted by a nice woman (who is also a financial expert), and Cliff had a sense of humor from the start. He knew his stuff and filed my taxes electronically that day (and I received the refunds swiftly). He also offered other financial advice, and invited me to call him throughout the year with any questions, for no extra charge. I feel that I've found a very valuable and nice financial team here. :)

Mr.Cliff is amazing! I had troubled taxes for years, and Mr.Cliff fixed it. He is very persistent and can get IRS on the phone ,like they are on his speed dial :-)). Highly recommend!!!!!

This company has red flags all over the place. Within the first five minutes of calling Cliff, I felt a fraudster right out of the gate. I was simply calling to potentially utilize his business for my taxes and he could not answer one simple question. I asked if he was a CPA or what his tax background was and instead he chose to deflect the questions and state he didnt have time to answer. Keep in mind this was a simple yes or no question. Upon further checking, it sounds like his background is a dark and deep mystery with several complains and possible license barring. His company has lost my business and Im sure several other people will come to realize this as well and look elsewhere.
